Service deutlich besser als ewartet
Wir hatten 2023 ein Eleglide e-MTB bei Geekmaxi gekauft. Leider hat nach ca. 1 Jahr der Akku den Geist aufgegeben, so daß ich schon befürchtet hatte, das Fahrrad komplett entsorgen zu können. Im Gegenteil hat sich dann aber herausgestellt, daß der Service überaus bemüht war und nach einiger Kommunikation (sehr freundlich, auf englisch) einen neuen Akku rausgeschickt hat, noch bevor wir den alten zurückschicken sollten. Unterm Strich war das Problem damit schneller gelöst, als ich für mein (deutlich teureres) Marken-e-MTB auch nur einen Termin in der hiesigen Werkstatt bekommen hätte. Daher gebe ich hier gerne die höchstmögliche Bewertung.
