Decent comapny. Respects customer. Lack of customer communication, Lack of company planning.

Slightly after this review was approved I received an update. The update did not have anything to do with my review. Since it was literally approved 14 minutes prior to it and Geekmaxi didn't have the opportunity to view it. I'm changing this to a 4 star from 1 star and making it shorter.

I bought a monitor. I had to RMA it. Their policy is "new part will be sent after the old part is with us". After it got back to them it took a week and a series of emails so they can get it moving.

When I finally lost patience (Tuesday, 10.09.2024) and asked for refund, on the next day the monitor is on the way. It turned out that my patience had nothing to do with it, since the label for the package was created on Monday (09.09.2024) but til today 11.09.2024 I had no updates and at 17:27 I received a tracking number for a label which had been created on Monday. If I had received the tracking number then, this review would not have been written. Just imagine how much happier I would've been if I received the tracking number on Monday.

Really slow communication. No customer updates. My overall communication duration with the company is 26 days... You cannot expect complete customer satisfaction with the response level of "whenever you feel like responding." Roughly, every 2-3 days from my observation.

This review might still be subject to change when I receive the new monitor.

Ersatzlieferung problemlos

Ich hatte hier sehr günstig einen Gaming Monitor bestellt, der leider schon bei Lieferung einen Defekt aufwies. Nachdem ich Geekmaxi kontaktiert und das Problem geschildert hatte, konnte ich den Monitor innerhalb weniger Tage kostenfrei zurückschicken. Knapp eine Woche später konnte ich die Ersatzlieferung in Empfang nehmen. Der ganze Prozess lief alles in allem nahezu reibungslos.

Ich kann Geekmaxi nach dieser Erfahrung ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Geekmaxi hat sich korrekt verhalten

Irrtümlich E-Bike bestellt für Herren.
Gebraucht wurde aber für Damen.
SOFORT AGB‘s geprüft und widerrufen, also storniert.
Zeitgleich vorsorglich Paypal-Fall eröffnet, um dem Widerruf Nachdruck zu verleihen.
Es wurde angeboten das Damen-Bike zu schicken, war dann aber nicht vorrätig.
UMGEHEND Rückerstattung.
Das ganze hat 2 Tage gedauert.
Kann also nix Nachteiliges berichten.

The motor of my 1 year old E-bike failed.
I got a _free_ spare part for replacement.
They also provided a Video on how to do the replacement.

Worked like a charm

Checkout and delivery process was smooth and as described. Product got delivered within the mentioned delivery time and was packaged well.
