Slightly after this review was approved I received an update. The update did not have anything to do with my review. Since it was literally approved 14 minutes prior to it and Geekmaxi didn't have the opportunity to view it. I'm changing this to a 4 star from 1 star and making it shorter.
I bought a monitor. I had to RMA it. Their policy is "new part will be sent after the old part is with us". After it got back to them it took a week and a series of emails so they can get it moving.
When I finally lost patience (Tuesday, 10.09.2024) and asked for refund, on the next day the monitor is on the way. It turned out that my patience had nothing to do with it, since the label for the package was created on Monday (09.09.2024) but til today 11.09.2024 I had no updates and at 17:27 I received a tracking number for a label which had been created on Monday. If I had received the tracking number then, this review would not have been written. Just imagine how much happier I would've been if I received the tracking number on Monday.
Really slow communication. No customer updates. My overall communication duration with the company is 26 days... You cannot expect complete customer satisfaction with the response level of "whenever you feel like responding." Roughly, every 2-3 days from my observation.
This review might still be subject to change when I receive the new monitor.
